Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. Returns are excepted for store credit only within those 7 days from the delivery date. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must email us at info@shopshessofashion.com and receive our certified confirmation before shipping items back to us. If your return is accepted, you can return your item(s) through our return portal. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event your order is returned to us as undelivered, there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, promotions, bodysuits, and all-white items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
